On September 12, 2008,  family caregivers of stroke survivors participated in PSA's "A Day Off
from Caregiving" retreat.









PSA's  3rd annual "A Day Off from Caregiving" retreat was held at the beautiful and serene  Jesuit
Retreat Center in Los Altos. The program included motivational lectures, group sharing, tai chi,
massage, breakfast and a hearty lunch, and door prizes.
This year's program was made possible by a generous grant from Palo Alto Community Fund.
